Today's case, Conan and the gang are enjoying a nice little vacation at a sand dune. Apparently, Kogoro came up with this grand idea to take part in a mystery tour which is going to be held there. And like always, Kogoro picks on Conan. xD This time, tying him up with a rope, and pushing him down a sand dune. xD
Marina: Oh, my.... Poor Conan-kun... I can't help but laugh, though. Heheh...
Conan: Shut up...
After touring around for a while, they return to Tottori Station, where they notice this really rude woman who seems to be arguing with one of the station employees. She was arguing about the time on the watch and how she was supposed to go somewhere important. "What's wrong with that lady?" Ran asked. (I was thinking the same. xD)
Ignoring this, Conan and the gang continued enjoying there little tour around Tottori dunes. Just in the middle of looking around, Kogoro ran into one of his old police friends. Apparently, it's a good thing he ran into him, since his friend told him that he's here to investigate a case that's been going around here lately. And not just any case, but a robbery case.
Someone stole a family heirloom which looked as if it costs over 10000$ smacking grand. xD And the detectives arrived just in time to save a lady who's been tied up on the floor. The woman explained her story of how when she noticed someone coming inside she was suddenly struck by a blunt object. When she woke up conscious, she tried to reach her phone which was in her pocket, for help. Reluctantly, she called the police and asked for their help. And so, the case begins! :3
Everyone in the family seemed to blame each other on it. They seemed as if they were a pretty crazy family, always getting into fights with one another. Just then, the lady from the station earlier came in and was pinning the blame on everyone, she was also getting into a fight with the woman with the child. Ran, Conan, and Kogoro felt sorry for her, so they told her not to worry and they will try to clear up her alibi for her.
After they searched around, and cleared up everyone's alibi's, they made their deductions, and headed back to the family home. Just then a strange problem occured, the culprit suddenly returned the family heirloom back. Also, the strange pendant was found by Conan, and the detectives took it in for evidence. What's strange about the pendant, is that it's a camel with a crab on its back. I feel as if this pendant is supposed to symbolize something. Who's most suspicious is the lady with the child and the one who was arguing with the station employee about the time. Conan noticed something very strange about those two. Also, the culprit... Why would they steal something soo valuable, and then bring it right back unnoticed. It just doesn't make sense.
Well, until next week, will we find the answers to these questions and dwell even deeper into this case! :D This episode was very interesting. It kinda reminds me of the one mystery tour episode they had last year. :3 They usually always have these sorts of episodes around Christmas time. They're really fun. ^^ Next episode is Part 2 of the Tottori Sand Dunes Tour. Yeah! xD - Marina
